Sponsorship level dictates visibility throughout the conference

Continuing this year again we have the following new benefits - Depending on sponsorship level, your company's employee(s) can enjoy complimentary EdCo2026 registration and attend a pre-event dinner with the Board of Directors & Friends.  

Bronze - $1,000

• Sponsors’ name and donation level listed on conference webpage, signage, posters and programs (if applicable).
• Special recognition given to Sponsors at specific times during the conference
• Sponsor Employees will receive Sponsor Ribbon on their name badge
• List of attendees (Company and attendee name only) provided to Sponsors

Silver - $2,500

• Sponsors will receive all previously mentioned benefits
• Complementary EdCo2026 registration for one (1) company representative

Gold - $5,000

• Sponsors receive all previously mentioned benefits
• Complimentary EdCo2026 registration for two (2) company representatives
• Pre-event dinner with Board of Directors for one (1) company representative
• One exhibit table in the main reception area (Limited to first 12 Sponsors)
• One reserved ten-person table for conference luncheon

• Includes the benefits of the Silver level sponsorship

Professional Picture Station - $5,000

Networking Happy Hour - $3,500

• Limited to two (2) representatives to staff exhibit table in main conference reception area
