Dwight is an Area Vice President in Arthur J. Gallagher's Mid-Atlantic Region, providing market expertise and product knowledge for the management liability insurance lines of coverage. Dwight’s professional career spans more than twenty years of experience working with Directors & Officers Liability (D&O), Professional Liability (E&O), Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Crime products. Dwight provides insurance and risk management advise to a wide array of clients, ranging from complex multinational publicly traded firms to emerging private/ not-for-profit organizations. Dwight has fostered exceptional relationships with dozens of insurance companies, which he leverages to provide tailored solutions to Gallagher clients.
Prior to joining Gallagher in October of 2018, Dwight served US Head of Middle Market within Willis Towers Watson’s FINEX Financial Institutions, overseeing the strategic direction of, and leading complex placements for, the Practice. Prior to that role, Dwight was broker within Marsh’s FINPRO Practice, serving in various placement and client advisory roles in the management liability arena, with a focus on growth of the middle market portfolio.
Dwight also has a personal and professional passion in the area of Inclusion and Diversity. Dwight has been appointed to Gallagher’s National Regional I&D Task Force as well as Co-lead for the Northeast Region, helping to drive initiatives on increasing recruitment, retention and promotion of diverse talent. Dwight has appeared on several professional panels on the topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Dwight received his bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Syracuse University in 2001. He is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker.
Noelle Codispoti
Chief Transformation Officer
Noelle is the Co-Founder and Chief Transformation Officer at Verto LLC, focused on advancing the next frontier of talent through authentic engagement at every level of an organization.
Prior to founding Verto, Codispoti spent 10 years with Gamma Iota Sigma’s Grand Chapter, the insurance industry’s premier collegiate talent pipeline, actively advancing the discourse on recruiting, retention, and the future of the industry.
Codispoti’s involvement with GIS spanned nearly two decades, well preceding her tenure as CEO. She received her BBA from Temple University, where she held various student leadership positions and achievements within GIS’s Sigma Chapter.
In the ten years with GIS, she implemented a successful growth strategy resulting in more than double the number of active chapters; increased student membership by over 400%; establishment of 20 alumni chapters; and an over fifteen-fold increase in industry funding support. Codispoti lead GIS through significant transformation: catapulting the Annual International Conference into the premier event for the industry to engage and recruit top collegiate talent, while serving as a host site for both the Global Dive In Festival and IICF Week of Giving; launched an annual student survey on best practices in recruiting; instituted multi-faceted support mechanisms, including the Sustaining Partners Programs, which engaged industry thought leaders in their commitment to and support of the next generation; and pioneered ground-breaking initiatives like the GammaSAID Council (Solutions for Authenticity, Inclusion and Diversity), a student-led group that fosters understanding of, establishes solutions for, and is a representative voice in shaping the industry’s discussion, actions and advances around diversity.
Prior to taking the helm at GIS, Codispoti spent six years with ACE USA (now Chubb) in both the New York and Philadelphia offices, ultimately managing the General Partners Liability unit. She was honored by Business Insurance as of its 2013 Women to Watch, by Insurance Business America as of 2015’s Hot 100 and one its 2015 Elite Women, by NAMIC as a 2017 Merit Society award winner and as their 2021 Service Award recipient.
Codispoti helped bring Dive In to a global audience in 2016, organizing one of three events held in North America that year and continued to serve as a Co-Champion for the Dive In Festival in the Americas through 2021. She currently serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Department of Risk, Insurance and Healthcare Management at Temple University.
Catrice Lackland
HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition
Catrice Lackland is the HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition for McLarens.
Catrice partners with business leaders and provides support in all aspects of the full life cycle talent acquisition needs in the US, including talent sourcing, screening, and extending offers. Catrice leads, develops, and manages effective recruitment strategies, future talent pipelines, coaches hiring managers, and supports the pre-boarding processes for new hires and/or internal transfers.
Prior to coming to McLarens, Catrice worked as HR Recruiter and Philanthropy Analyst at State Farm. She brings more than 10 years of insurance, HR, and recruiting experience. Her particular areas of expertise include Recruiting, Performance Management and Diversity in the Workplace.
Catrice is originally from Atlantic City, NJ. She has a master’s degree in HR Management from Rutgers University and has been a member of Atlanta SHRM since 2014. She also maintains a Recruiter Certification through AIRS and is a public speaker. On the personal side, Catrice is a proud mom of two children and enjoys writing poetry.
