Keri Rhodes, Director of Risk & Claims Management, Inspire Brands, Inc.
About Keri: Keri Rhodes serves as the Director of Risk & Claims Management of Inspire Brands, Inc., a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 31,600 Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s, Sonic, Dunkin’, and Baskin Robbins locations worldwide. She leads a team of 8 professionals and has overall responsibility for claims management and the design and implementation of risk financing and risk transfer/insurance programs.
Prior to Inspire, Mrs. Rhodes was the Director of Risk & Claims Management of Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. Prior to Arby’s, she held various risk and claims management positions at Choicepoint Inc., Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, and Travelers Insurance Company.
She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Risk Management and Insurance. She also holds the Associate in Risk Management designation and has served the Atlanta RIMS Chapter in various positions.

About Bill: Bill spent 23 years in various Human Resources roles with Shaw Industries Group, Inc. before moving to Corporate Risk Management eight years ago working with Occupational Health Team of Nursing. Currently, Bill is responsible for all Shaw’s Corporate Workers’ Compensation Program and Occupational Health Team, working hand in hand with the EHS Team.
