Kevin Wnukiewicz graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2004 with a B.S. in Safety Science. He has worked in both the retail/distribution and scaffold/multi-craft industries. Kevin is currently the Sr. Director of Insurance and Risk Management at Floor & Décor overseeing many facets of risk management including: ERM, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, manages all lines of coverage, as well as enterprise wide TCOR reporting. Kevin is a member of several Advisory Boards.

Patrick Power is the Vice President and Head of Global Risk Management for UPS headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Pat joined UPS in 1999 and currently has responsibility for overseeing all worldwide hazard risk management processes and insurance programs including claims. This includes program management responsibilities around casualty, cargo and warehouse liability, management liability, property and property loss control and aviation hull and liability. Additional areas of responsibility include M&A Risk Management related due diligence, management of three captive insurance companies and international employee benefits.

Sandra Jimenez-Yacu graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is currently the Senior Workers’ Compensation lead at McKesson overseeing their Workers’ Comp program nationwide. She has a diverse background working with both, carrier and TPA for the past 16 years with extensive expertise in litigation management and special focus on Return to Work. Sandra also manages the Workers’ Comp Self-Insurance compliance for each required state at McKesson.

Tom DuMay serves as the Vice President of Risk Management for Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc., the largest distributor of drywall and specialty interior construction products in North America with over 300 distribution centers and 100 tool sales, rental and service centers operating under 50+ brands.  GMS operates a fleet of ~3,000 delivery and sales vehicles and has ~6,700 employees in the United States and Canada. Tom leads a team of 12 risk management and safety professionals and is responsible for the organization’s insurance procurement, property/casualty claims and litigation management, field safety operations, and regulatory compliance.
